Let’s talk about mindset. A mindset is an intention, which is an act or instance of determining mentally upon some action or result.
It stands, then, that when we intend to do something, when we have the right mindset, we are more likely to achieve our goals.

How does mindset work?
First, we get an idea. We make it a goal, which usually requires a change of attitude, belief and activity. We have to think in terms of success, believe we can achieve it even in spite of the odds and then take action.
Next we set a plan for achieving the goal by taking the steps to change.
After that, we start the hard work, all the while keeping the goal front and center of our attention. We continue working until the goal is reached.
The process is the same for virtually every aspect of life, from business, to self-development, to getting healthy.
Sounds simple, right? Well, as you might have guessed, there’s more to it. There are underlying factors that must be reflected upon before we can begin any journey towards change.
